  Stopped in this morning to purchase a dozen doughnuts, coffee and a bottle of water. The gentleman running the cash register was more focused on joking around than doing his job. The manager obviously didn't see any issue with his poor service skills. Needless to say the order wasn't finalized while I walked out the door. To the franchise owner it's no wonder you're always hiring.

  Service can be very inconsistent. They seem to goof off and play around too much. The manager doesn't seem to be concerned. The female's,including the manager seem more concerned with flirting then being professional and doing their job.They address the males first. Its a rule of thumb to address the female first and then the males. As I'm also in customer service,I find it quite disrespectful.The males working there seem to get a rise out of it and work more like robots as opposed to having good customer service. The manager and crew that worked there year's ago were great!
