  Ice cream was OK. Service was lacking. I ordered a "love it" in a waffle bowl with sprinkles. He put it in a regular bowl. When I pointed out that I wanted it in a waffle bowl he told me that wasn't what I said. Everyone around me heard me say waffle bowl. I speak loud and clear when I order anything. The guy had a thick accent that sounded like he was from India, so perhaps there was a language barrier between us. This isn't a good excuse. My girlfriend asked if he could just put it in a waffle bowl an he just stared at her like she was crazy. When we went to pay my gf had to point out that the register already had $6.27 on it, and he was overcharging us. He said no no no its how it always does. She explained to him that it's basic math to figure out that the total is wrong. We almost just walked out at this point. Also to note the bathroom was out of soap and paper towels but I didn't bother telling the guy since he would have probably told me that was how it is supposed to be...

  I got the funnel cake I've cream with the suggested sweet cream I've cream. Wasn't very flavorful, the ice cream tasted forgettable. I'm saddened Cold Stone doesn't carry Butter Pecan. Real shame.
